guarantee job placement, interviews, or hiring outcomes of any kind.
You understand and agree that the Services provided are subjective, and success in job
searching is influenced by many external factors beyond our control. The Career Edit, LLC
makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees that use of our Services will result in
job offers, interviews, or other employment-related outcomes.
You are responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and complete information. We are not
responsible for errors, omissions, or misrepresentations in your materials. You must review
and approve any final documents before use.
All Services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Due to the
customized nature of our work, all payments are non-refundable once services have
commenced. We reserve the right to cancel services if inappropriate conduct, unreasonable
demands, or abuse is exhibited by the client.
All documents and communications created by The Career Edit, LLC remain your
intellectual property once delivered. However, The Career Edit, LLC retains the right to use
anonymized excerpts for marketing, portfolio, or training purposes unless you expressly opt
out in writing. However, failure to pay will result in your forfeiting any and all rights to the
work product and documents produced by the Career Edit, LLC. Copyrights in Content are
owned by The Career Edit, LLC. In the event that you find content posted on the site to be an
